I thought this little clip was so funny.....and TRUE! My kids love watching it! My sisters in Florida have been on the organic bandwagon now for quite some time. I've got to get with it!

SOME DAY MY PRINCE WILL COME.......

When my niece got married, Avery cried because she couldn't go with us and go in the temple. We explained that when she got bigger, she could get married in the temple too! So now she is constantly telling me that when she gets big she's is going to marry Prince Charming in the temple. I am happy about that part, but unfortunately she thinks that "Prince Charming"......is her dad! There is no convincing her that dad is already taken. I guess the best part is someday her dad will be in the temple with her (but she will have to find her own Prince Charming)!

I DID IT!!

I always get so worried right before I do a little photo shoot. I am paranoid that I'm going to botch the whole thing and not get any good shots. My family and extended family have been my little Guinea pigs over the years (thanks guys). Here are some newborn shots of my nephew's baby. I think they turned out pretty good (thank goodness for photo shop)!

Last year Avery asked Santa for a "pretty pink chicken". For some reason the word "kitchen" has been hard for her to say. But..... she has finally mastered it!

I have been tagged! These are six RANDOM things about me! I know that I'm not playing this little game right, but it's too late at night and I don't care! Please, if there are six of you out there that read my blog and would like to play, just do it!!






1) I was still 16 years old my senior year and didn't turn 17 until November 1st. I'm sure I was the youngest in my class. I must have still been 4 when I started Kindergarten (how did my mom swing that?) The cut off dates must have been different then.









2) I have been to HAWAII.......twice! And I hope I can go again someday. It is absolutely beautiful!!






3) Remember when there were no car seats? Did we even wear seat belts? I think not! Well, I nearly fell out of our family station wagon when I was 3 years old. I was leaning on the door and it flew open. My dad decided to come to a slow stop instead of slamming on the brakes. Talk about road rash all over my face! I don't remember it. My mom tells me that she used lots of vitamin E (after picking all the pavement off my face) and it left no scars.








4) I have eaten RATTLE SNAKE before.........(tastes just like chicken!)












5) I LOVE ROCK CLIMBING !!!
Lynn Hill was my inspiration. Aaron and I used to climb almost every day for years. I even started doing lead climbs where you place your equipment in the rock as you climb up! It has been far to many years now since I have climbed. I am WAY out of shape :( My dream is to climb again and get my kids involved. It is fun and super challenging!













6) I HATE, HATE, HATE black widow spiders!
They freak me out! I have nightmares about them all of the time, I'm obsessed!

13 YEARS!

On September 1st Aaron and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary! We dated for 31/2 years before we got married, so we have been together now for close to 17 years!!! So much has happened over these years. The best thing in our lives however is our three children. Aaron has been an amazing husband and I adore him. Infact, I thought I would list out some of my favorite qualities about him.

1-He is an extremely hard worker
2-He is such a good dad
3-He is a very loyal person
4-He honors his priesthood
5-He has a love of learning (always reading a good book or trying something new)
6-He has the most beautiful green eyes!
7-He can build anything (from homes to furniture)
8-He is sensitive
9-He makes me laugh
10-He is trustworthy

What an adventure it has been! Your the best babe!!
